Put A Little Love In Your Life - Adopt A Chihuahua

BOTSY

Hello,

My name is Botsy and I am from a reputable breeder in the Midwest who passed away and the family decided that CRT would be able to find a home for me. I will be 12 years old in September, 2009 but even though I have a few gray hairs on my head, I am a spry little girl who is now current on my shots, was recently neutered, had a dental and was micro chipped. Now that all that is taken care of, I am ready to move into a home where I will be adored and treated as the true princess that I am.

I am a fairly dominant female (and aren’t all true princesses?), so I need to go to a home where I would be the only Chihuahua. I am not aggressive, I just have been used to being the dominant female in the breeder home. I love Foster Mom and adore sitting in her lap and looking at her lovingly as she rubs my head or my tummy. I also love being outside with her where I can lie in the sunshine or follow her around as she does her yard work. I sleep in my crate quietly during nap time or at night and am mostly housebroken, although right now I do have an occasional accident. Foster Mom and I are working on potty training and Mom says I am doing well. I use the puppy pads most of the time and always go outside when I am taken out.

I need a well secured fenced yard to enjoy my exercise in the sun. I am working on walking with a leash, but have never done that before so I still need to practice that a bit more.

Foster Mom says to tell you that we “more mature” ladies are a real blessing because we are past that puppy chewing stage, are settled and know how to appreciate a loving human companion who likes to have a lap dog and an adoring best friend. If those qualities appeal to you, I can be on my way to my new home very quickly. All you need to do is complete an adoption application, and then email MidwestCoordinator@chihuahua-rescue.com to let her know you want me. You must live in OH/IN/KY/IL/MN/MI/WI. (bb)
