Hi, I'm Dudley! I'm about a year and a half old, and I weigh 7.3 lbs. I love to play and play and play, and I know I could learn tricks, if someone would take the time to teach me. I'm very alert and bright, and I already know some things. I sit, and will kennel when told, and then stay there quietly until someone lets me out. I like attention, and I'm not crazy about other dogs getting in my space when someone is petting me.  I don't leg lift(I have better manners than that!) and I need a securely fenced yard with no children. I get along with other dogs, but need an owner who understands Chihuahuas and won't "baby" me. I like firm guidelines and respect people who know how to set boundaries. My ideal family would be someone active who wants a partner -- I love walking, exploring, and going places. I'm small, but I'm not the kind of little guy who wants to hang out in a purse all day -- I want to be a part of the action!  

I could live with another little Chi, but definitely not with one who has alpha issues. I can be bossy, and would prefer to be the alpha in my home. A nice girl Chi might be just the thing!  

I think the pictures of me here show what a fine gentleman I am. I know how to pose for the camera and put my best paw forward, so to bark.   

I might be a good agility dog -- if I don't win any medals, I would sure enjoy it anyway. What do you think? Do you have a home that's just waiting for a partner?
