Hi, it's me, Harold! I'm a puppy, and a big one at that -- 9.6 lbs and only five months old! I'm all black, with a tiny white patch on my chest, and I love life! I'm friendly and happy and love to play with toys and my foster mom is teaching me good manners and how to sit and stay and lie down and come and, well, I could just go on forever!  My foster mom works at a doggy daycare and is making sure I'm well socialized and share my toys nicely. Oh, I almost forgot -- we're working on that housebreaking thing and I'm doing quite well at it, if you ask me! Of course I'll have to be neutered before I go anywhere (that's coming this week, I'm told) and I'll have my vaccinations and be on h/w preventative.

 

Right now I love to play and meet people, but I need lots of socialization to ensure that I stay that way. I need a fenced yard, very secure, because I got here by being tossed right out of my house and abandoned. I could use some older kids to play with, if they're experienced with dogs, and I definitely need a playmate in my new home!
