Copper came to us in 2006, and has been battling medical issues ever since. Due to heartworm disease, he has syncopal episodes, due to a bad heart. He will likely never be able to be put under anesthesia, so cannot be neutered. The vet is not able to do heartworm treatment so he is being treated with HeartGuard. Copper is a happy little boy and both he and CRT are grateful for best friends because that enables us to give Copper and other dogs like him a forever home with us and pay for the care necessary for them to have the best quality of life possible.
