NAME: Reece
GENDER: Male
AGE: 2 yrs.
DOGS/CATS: Reece gets along well with all the other dogs (and one cat) in his foster home.
CHILDREN: Reece seems very disinterested in children at adoption events; he likes the toys they are carrying better!!  He would probably do best in an all adult home or one with children over 12 yrs. of age.

Reece was turned in to a shelter by his owners for unspecified  reasons, but probably because he doesn't have a lot of fur!!

CRT's vet found that Reece has low thyroid production which may account for some of his very thin hair & dry skin; poor  nutrition may also play a part in this. Reece is on a low  dose of thyroid medication(very inexpensive) and an Omega  fatty acid supplement; we hope that will help correct some of  his skin & hair issues. OR, he may just always be a naked  little boy.

 What Reece lacks in fur, he makes up in personality! He is  the sweetest, snuggliest, easiest going guy you will ever  meet, that is, of course, unless you have a squeaky toy or  chew toy in your hand! He loves to play fetch or tug of war  with you or another small dog. Reece is housebroken in a  house with other male dogs; he gets along with all the dogs in  his foster home. He really prefers to be snuggled up with  another dog or two, or better yet, under the covers with his human.

 Reece weighs about 6 lbs., is neutered, microchipped, UTD on all vaccinations, HW negative, and on HW preventative.
