Ashleigh recently raised her final litter of puppies, including one who looks like her identical twin.  But, Ashleigh has now been spayed and is ready to enjoy the life of being the “cared-for” rather than the “caregiver.”  Ashleigh is part Chihuahua and part something else!  She weighs about 9 pounds. Mostly she is a bundle of joy.

Miss Ashleigh is very sweet, lovable, snuggly and appreciative of all the love and affection you can give her.  She is solid black, except for a white stripe down the middle of her chest.  She is absolutely gorgeous; no picture ever does her justice. 

She loves to play with her siblings, both her daughter Gracie Anne and her foster brothers and sisters.  She is very polite and is eager to do what her foster mom asks her to do.

Ashleigh likes to sleep next to her foster mom, sometimes on the pillow and sometimes cuddled up against her foster mom’s back.  She is a polite bed-mate, and never wakes anyone up until they are ready to get up.  Then, Ashleigh loves to go out in the backyard and chase her foster siblings, birds and squirrels. 

Miss Ashleigh Lynne is about 4 years old, is well behaved, beautiful, healthy and playful, and has no bad habits.  Having spent most of her life in a puppy mill, she is so very grateful to now be the light of someone’s life.  She clearly gets along with other canine children, but we do not know how she likes human children.  We think she would like them, but we just don’t have that experience to go on.  She likes all the adult humans she has come in contact with.  Because of her stay in the puppy mill, she is still learning to like a leash, but that will come with practice!
