My name is Callie, and I have had mange since
being found as a puppy behind a garbage can. The lady that found me
tried to help me but couldn't afford the costly treatments. I am six
years old and my skin was very raw and painful, when I was finally
turned over to Chihuahua Rescue and Transport. I am currently on
Ivermectin treatments and my current foster mom gives me warm
medicated baths that help my skin heal. My hair is growing back now,
and I feel a whole lot better.
My foster mom says that my entire personality
has changed, since my skin has begun to heal. I am a very playful and
happy dog now and I just love everyone. I currently reside in North
Carolina and I sure hope that my skin continues to improve. I am UTD
on shots, spayed and HW negative. Won't you please adopt me and give
me a forever home?
***My adoption fee is $200. A home
visit will be required so I can only be adopted in NC/SC and possibly
VA. Reference checks, adoption contract and adoption fee required.
