This cutie is Franky!
Franky is believed to be 6 years old. Little Franky found himself at a high risk kill shelter for unknown reasons and CRT scooped him up. Franky has a white coat and an underbite situation that is very cute and comical!
Franky is an extremely happy little guy with a tail that wags and wags. He absolutely loves to go for a walk and is perfectly leash trained. His next favorite thing is rolling in soft blankets and beds next to or preferably on his people. And don’t forget the snacks! He loves snacks.
Franky seems to like all people and dogs in general. Cats are mostly fine around him but he does like to chase the household cats occasionally! He’s not interested much in play, so he prefers calm dogs that are into snuggles and hanging out.It is recommended that Franky go to a home that does not have young children since any unintentional rough handle may be outside of his comfort zone.
Franky most likely had some sort of trauma in his past given that he has a few broken teeth and cataracts in one eye with evidence of past trauma. This should not affect his quality of life.
When he came into foster care, he was underweight and had itchy, red skin from fleas. That is improving significantly pretty quickly now that he has proper care and flea treatment.
Franky is not yet neutered so he will be foster to adopt until he is able to be neutered. He also will be up to date on all vaccines before he is adopted to his forever family. Franky is heartworm positive and currently receiving treatment for this, which is covered by CRT.
His adoption donation is $300.00.
